My daughter is currently doing this science project where she has to fill some film canister with alka seltzer and water and watch it blow into the air like a rocket. I've never actually done this before so it sounds like fun. However, the thing that is a little weird to me is that they actually make them wear safety glasses when they do it. Do they really think that the little plastic film canister is going to blind someone?
