New Stuff

More and more lately I keep this big blue screen of death on my computer. You know the one that is all blue with little white letters saying something like hardware failure. Yeah that one. Not a good sign I know and I am bit worried. I am not sure what to do to fix it at this point either. I have looked into buying more laptop memory to see fi that helps but I don't think that is the answer either. Getting a little worried at this point.

I have been with my internet service provider for about 3 years now and I am starting to think that it is a little too long. They give me decent service and all it is just that I think that I may be able to get a better deal with all of the new competition that is going on out there. I have looked up a couple of different places and even found a site that reviews different Internet Services. Now it is just about finding those that are available in my area and will give me the best rate for the fastest connection.

Well, like most Americans right now I am in a position financially where I have to start looking for better work. My old job is fading and fading fast. The problem is that there are not many jobs out there right now. I did an IT job search and didn't find near the amount of results that I would have found if I searched a year ago. It is sad that the economy is in the state it is. Too many people are already losing too much.

Okay, so we all have flash drives. If you have a computer you have a flash drive at least. They are the best way to transport small amounts of information. Well, not just small anymore. I just saw this new drive that is a 64GB Kanguru Flash Blu drive. This thing is super bad. It holds more stuff than most older hard drives do. I can't believe this thing is actually out on the market. Check it out, it's no bigger than a pack of gum. I can't wait to get one of my own. I am going to keep one as a backup of my whole system just in case.

I own a traffic exchange program that runs on multiple computers that I have every day. The thing is that recently Norton 360 decided to run some sort of mandatory update and ever since it did that my auto surf programs are no longer running on those computers. It is really killing my websites and I am not happy about it. I can't risk uninstalling, so not sure what to do now. Gotta get this fixed soon though.
