New Stuff

I just came across this new artist named Jon Heintz. I had never heard of him before, but I was recently watching an episode of Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel and he was singing the background song. The song was really good so I went to itunes and downloaded his album. I have to say that this is a great album, very rockish, alternative. It is nice and slow and great to listen to while I sit and type things like I am right now.

I'm not sure what is going on but I recently tried to download the new Kid Rock cd from itunes and they don;t even have it. I was at a loss for words. I mean itunes has everything so what is the deal with no Kid Rock anywhere in the search results. I don't know if it is his record label or what but something needs to be done about it.

I have started teaching myself piano and I am thinking that just maybe I can actually learn this darn thing. I have played around with it before but never really actually tried to sit down and learn, so this time I think I am going to take some lessons or something. I understand the basics and all but it is just trying to get the one hand to do different things at the same time as the first hand that is giving me the hardest time.

Alright so a little while back I bought my wife and I tickets to the Keith Urban concert that was going on in our area. She had never been to a concert before and as she is bot a huge country fan and one of the millions of women across America that drools over Keith Urban, I figured this would be the perfect concert to take her to. Well it was, the concert was great and she an absolute blast. The thing is that this only started her addiction to be a concert junkie. As now we are going to concerts left and right and if it an event going on with a 6 hour drive of where we live we are there.

Now I used to buy my tickets from some of the typical ticket places but the more concerts we went to the harder it was to find tickets to certain events. Plus, most places charge you a fortune to get these hard to find tickets.
